Prepare for Finals at LCC

The semester at Lane Community College is quickly coming to a close, and before you know it finals will be upon us. You may find the short break will rejuvenate you and help you to keep a level head during this stressful time of year!

From Here to There

Lane Community College is excited to present the From Here to There Exhibition through December 10 in the Building 11 Sister Art Gallery. This is the second half of the exhibit and features work from Central Oregon Community College faculty in a wide variety of media. Concurrently, the COCC is hosting the Lane Department of Applied Art and Design faculty at their campus. Stop by and see the show anytime before December 10!

Wonderland Dinner

December 6 head to the Tate Lobby for the annual Wonderland Dinner and Auction! The event starts at noon and doesn’t end until 11:00 p.m. so be prepared for a full evening of fun!

The Tale of Two Palettes/Palates

Head to the David Joyce Gallery on Monday, December 8 where you can witness the first of three exhibits in the series “The Tale of Two Palettes/Palates.” This first installment “Labor of Love” is the opening exhibit for the 2014 – 15 season and includes art created by Northwest artists. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so don’t miss out!

Check online for other great resources and events available at LCC throughout the month including Dojo workshops, open basketball games, and student organization meetings. There are always events going on around campus, you just have to take the time to find the right fit for you! Spend some time this month doing just that!
